How to make super crunchy wings
Ingredients
1kg chicken wings
200g cornstarch
50g baking powder
5 carrots
1 celery
5 pumpkins
Lemon pepper seasoning
Williams Sonoma Airfryer breading
Williams Sonoma Buffalo sauce
BBQ sauce
Mango Habanero sauce
Preparation
Cut and dry the wings completely with a kitchen towel. Separate the wings into different bowls, and season with one of our favorite blends like Buffalo, BBQ Maple Mesquite, Mango Habanero or lemon pepper. Use a bowl for each flavor and let marinate for 45 minutes!
In another bowl, mix the cornstarch with the Williams Sonoma Airfryer breading. Flour each wing with the mixture, making sure they are well coated.
Place each wing on the air fryer rack, being careful not to overlap them. Cook for 25 minutes or until crispy.
Serve your wings with a crudité of carrots, celery and squash. Place the vegetables on the plate and drizzle with a little olive oil and vegetable seasoning with a squeeze of lemon.
