LEMON CARLOTA JELLY
ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of Nestlé half cream
Juice of 4 lemons
21 g of gelatin
Maria cookies
Hydrate the gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water and set aside.
Blend the condensed milk, half cream and evaporated milk, also add the lemon.
Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds and add it to the mixture and blend.
In a mold greased with a little vegetable oil, add a little of the mixture and add a layer of Maria cookies (you can moisten them a little with milk) and add another layer of mixture and more cookies and so on until the mixture is finished.
Refrigerate for 3 hours, unmold and decorate with a little lemon zest.
