CREAMY YOGURT AND PEACH JELLY
Ingredients
Chopped peach in syrup (quantity to your liking)
1 liter of peach-flavored or Greek yogurt
1 120g peach-flavored gelatin
1 can of evaporated milk.
Prepare the peach gelatin with only 2 cups of hot water and let it cool very well.
Grease the mold with a little vegetable oil to be able to unmold the gelatin.
Add the chopped peach to the mold and set aside.
Blend the already cooled gelatin with the yogurt and the can of evaporated milk.
Add the mixture to the mold and refrigerate for 3 hours.
It’s ready to enjoy!
