Cookie sponge cake: the creamy recipe you should try

Ingredients:
2 eggs
Sugar 220 grams
vanilla sugar 10g


Corn starch 50 g
300 g Greek yogurt or sour cream
butter 70 grams
biscuits 18
Powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs and add the sugar, vanilla sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Then add the yogurt (or sour cream) and bring to the heat.
  3. Stir continuously and let it thicken.
  4. Then add the butter and let cool.
  5. Assemble the cake with the cookies and reserve in the refrigerator.
  6. Decorate with icing sugar.
