Cookie sponge cake: the creamy recipe you should try
Ingredients:
2 eggs
Sugar 220 grams
vanilla sugar 10g
Corn starch 50 g
300 g Greek yogurt or sour cream
butter 70 grams
biscuits 18
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs and add the sugar, vanilla sugar and cornstarch.
- Then add the yogurt (or sour cream) and bring to the heat.
- Stir continuously and let it thicken.
- Then add the butter and let cool.
- Assemble the cake with the cookies and reserve in the refrigerator.
- Decorate with icing sugar.
