Peach Gelatin with Cream Cheese
Ingredients
2 peach gelatins 120 g each
1 cream cheese 8 oz
Peaches in syrup
Prepare 1 gelatin with only 3 cups of hot water and let it cool completely.
Add a little of the gelatin to a mold previously greased with a napkin and a little vegetable oil.
Arrange the peaches and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Add the rest of the peach gelatin and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
While you prepare the second gelatin in only 1 cup of hot water, let it dissolve completely or add a cup of cold water. Blend the gelatin with the cream cheese and let it cool a little more.
Add it to the mold on top of the peach gelatin. Refrigerate for 3 hours and unmold.
