My husband asks to make this cake three times a week! The most delicious cake in 15 minutes!

Ingredients

for the mass

Eggs: 3 medium

Sugar: 100g

Salt: a pinch

Sunflower oil: 100 ml

Milk: 70ml

Skimmed yogurt: 125 g

Flour: 250 grams

Baking powder: 15g

Raisins: 150 g (washed and dried)

Apples: apple slices

for the candy

Sugar: 100g

Butter: 8g

Hot whipped cream: 70 ml

Preparation

Prepare the dough:

In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with 100 g of sugar and a pinch of salt for about 3 minutes until foamy.

Add 100 ml of sunflower oil, 70 ml of milk and 125 g of skimmed yogurt. Mix well.

Sift 250 g of flour with 15 g of baking powder and add little by little to the mixture and stir until a smooth mixture is formed.

Add 150 g of washed and dried raisins.

Prepare the cake:

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake pan.

Place the apple slices on the surface of the dough.

Bake in a static oven preheated to 180°C for about 35 minutes.

Prepare the caramel:

In a saucepan, melt 100 g of sugar over low heat until you obtain a golden caramel.

Add 8g butter and 70ml hot whipped cream, stirring constantly until a smooth sauce forms.

Attend:

Pour the caramel over the still hot cake.

Let cool slightly before serving.
