Chocolate mascarpone cookies: a spectacular no-bake dessert – ready in minutes

Ingredients:

Liquid whipped cream – 500 ml

Mascarpone – 150 g

Dark chocolate flakes – 100 g

Cookies – 200 g

Wafers (optional) – 50 g

Whole milk – 150 ml

Method of preparation:

Pour the cream into a large bowl, add the mascarpone and beat until the cream starts to thicken.

Then pour in the dark chocolate flakes and crush the wafers.

Mix with a spatula and set aside for later.

Pour whole milk into a small bowl and prepare the shape in which you will create the dessert.

Dip each cookie in milk on all sides, then place in the mold.

Once you’ve created the base base, apply the cream filler over it and smooth it well in all directions.

Soak the remaining cookies in milk and put them on top of the cream.

Cover the dessert with cling film and put it in the fridge for four hours.

Cut the dessert into portions, keeping the shape of the cookies.
