Cake from heaven with raspberry

Ingredients
- 4 egg(s), separated
- 100 grams of butter
- 300 grams of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 125 grams of flour
- 1/2 package baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 60 g almond(s) (flaked)
- 400 grams of cream
- 1 package of raspberries
Instructions
1. Mix 100 g of sugar with the egg yolk, butter, sugar and milk VERY foamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix with the cream. Divide the dough into 2 portions and spread it into 2 removable molds, lined with baking paper, 26 cm in diameter. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. Distribute the mixture over the two bases and press in waves with a spoon.
2. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake at 200°/C, middle shelf/25-30 min. Whip the cream until stiff, spread a little on the base, cover with raspberries, spread the rest of the cream on top. Cut the lid into 12 pieces and place on top. It also tastes great with currants, gooseberries or tangerines.
