Easy Slow Cooker Candies: Easy to Make and Irresistible!
Sweets in a slow cooker ideal for buffets, sweets easy to prepare.
They are perfect for the holidays or as a gift!
Ingredients
320g chocolate chips 250g white chocolate chips 200g pastry chocolate 80g (1/3 cup) peanut butter 350g unsalted peanuts 350g salted peanuts
Preparation
Add chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, confectioner’s chocolate, peanut butter to a saucepan and heat gently over low heat
15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the ingredients are combined, remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
Stir in the peanuts, then pour the cookies from the slow cooker onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate the tray for at least 30 minutes or until the candies are set.
