Chocolate Cheesecake – No Bake

How to make Chocolate Cheesecake!
Ingredients :
For the cookie base
- 120g Butter
- 250 g Cocoa biscuits
For the chocolate cream
- 250 g liquid fresh cream
- 250 g fresh cheese (or mascarpone)
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 25 g Bitter cocoa powder
- Nutella (for the cover)
- 80g Icing sugar
Preparation :
Prepare the cookie base:
Reduce the biscuits to powder using a blender and put them in a bowl.
Melt the butter and add it to the cookies.
Mix well and pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Tamp the base with a spoon, even lifting one edge to contain the cream.
Put the dark chocolate cheesecake base in the refrigerator.
Prepare the dark chocolate cream:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and let cool.
Meanwhile, whip the cream with the icing sugar.
In a separate bowl, soften the cream cheese with a spatula, add the melted dark chocolate and mix well.
Add the whipped cream to the cheese and chocolate mixture, little by little and with upward movements.
Assemble the Cheesecake:
Take the base of the Dark Chocolate Cheesecake from the refrigerator and pour the cream over the cookies.
Level the surface well and let the cake rest in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
Add the cover:
After the rest time, you can pour a veil of softened Nutella over the surface of the Cheesecake before enjoying it.
