Ingredients:
Eggs: 3
Sugar: 100 grams
Vanilla sugar: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 90ml


Corn starch: 200 g
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon (15 g)
Powdered sugar: for decoration
Preparation:
Preparation of the dough:

In a large bowl, beat 3 eggs with 100g sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Add 90 ml of oil and mix well.
Add 200 g of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of baking powder, mixing until you obtain a smooth mixture without lumps.
Cooking:

Pour the mixture into an 18 cm diameter baking dish, previously greased with butter or lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
