Ingredients
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 240 ml whole milk
- 5 silver bananas, sliced horizontally
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 and a half cups of sugar
- 160g sugar (for the caramel)
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- First, take a mold with a central hole and pour the 160g of sugar into it and put it over low heat until you get a caramel. Spread over the bottom and sides of the pan.
- Spread the sliced bananas on the bottom and sides of the pan with the caramel and set aside.
- Now pour the milk into the mixer along with the eggs, sugar, butter and beat for 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour and mix well with a fork.
- Then add the yeast and mix gently with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Develop while still warm so that the caramel does not harden.
