-570 grams of flour
-1 teaspoon of salt
-10 grams of dry yeast
-1 tablespoon of sugar
-360 ml of warm water
-1 egg + 1 egg white
-20 ml of sunflower oil

-1 egg yolk
-1 tablespoon milk tureen
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a small well in the center of the flour.
- In another container, mix the dry yeast, sugar and warm water. Stir gently and let sit for a few minutes until it starts to bubble.
- Pour the yeast mixture into the well you made in the flour. Add the lightly beaten egg and white, as well as the sunflower oil.
- With a wooden spoon or spatula, begin to mix the ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

- After resting, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide it into small portions that you can roll between your hands to form thin strips.
- Join the ends of each strip to form a circle and secure with light pressure. This will create the characteristic shape of the donuts.
- Place the formed donuts on a floured tray and cover them with a cloth. Let them rest for another 15-20 minutes while you preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
