How to prepare Jarred Chicken Thighs

To prepare this delicious and original recipe, you will need:

Ingredients

For the rice:

  • Rice: 500g
  • Water: 1 l
  • Salt: 5g

For the chicken thighs:

  • Chicken thighs: 6 units
  • Salt: 5g
  • Black pepper: 5 g
  • Sweet paprika: 5 g
  • Oil: 30ml
  • Ginger powder: 5 g
  • Whipping cream: 200 ml
  • Chicken broth: 500 ml

Vegetables:

  • Red pepper: 1 unit
  • Mushrooms: 400 g

For the sauce:

  • Tomatoes: 200 g
  • Purple onion: 1 unit
  • Yellow pepper: 1 unit
  • Hot green pepper: 1 unit
  • Garlic: 10g
  • Ground coriander: 5 g
  • Salt: 5g
  • Parsley: 10 g
  • Lemon juice: 15 ml

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the rice:
    • In a large pot, add 1 liter of water and 500 g of rice.
    • Add 5 g of salt.
    • Boil the rice for 15 minutes or until cooked. Drain it and set it aside.
  2. Cut the vegetables:
    • Cut the red pepper into strips and the mushrooms into slices.
  3. Prepare the chicken thighs:
    • In a large bowl, season the chicken thighs with 5g salt, 5g black pepper, 5g paprika and 5g ginger powder.
    • Add 30 ml of oil and mix well so that the thighs are well seasoned.
  4. Prepare the sauce:
    • In a blender, add the tomatoes, red onion, yellow pepper, green hot pepper, garlic, ground cilantro, salt, parsley and lemon juice.
    • Blend until you obtain a smooth sauce. Booking.
