Mega delicious quark pancakes prepared without flour in 3 minutes

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 180 ml milk
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 2 packages of vanilla custard powder
- 50g sugar
- a little salt
- a little sunflower oil
Instructions
- First, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a mixer or blender. Then lightly grease and heat a non-stick frying pan.
- Now add the batter and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Quark pancakes taste better with jam, powdered sugar and fresh beers!
Our advice:
If you don’t like sweet ingredients, you can omit sugar completely in quark pancakes. Quick, easy and super delicious!
