Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 180 ml milk
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 2 packages of vanilla custard powder
  • 50g sugar
  • a little salt
  • a little sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. First, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a mixer or blender. Then lightly grease and heat a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Now add the batter and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Quark pancakes taste better with jam, powdered sugar and fresh beers!

Our advice:

If you don’t like sweet ingredients, you can omit sugar completely in quark pancakes. Quick, easy and super delicious!
