Preparation

Then we add the cornstarch and baking powder. We beat well to give fluffiness to the preparation.
On the other hand, we cut the ham and mozzarella into thin slices or cubes, as you like best, and we add this to the previous preparation. If we don’t want to make it with mozzarella so that it is not so heavy, I recommend that you use creamy or salut cheese, either of the two works very well.
