How to prepare delicious cow tongue

To prepare this delicious tongue, you will need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 beef tongue
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • Dill and parsley to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Peppercorns to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the tongue :
    • Cut the excess part of the beef tongue so that it is ready for cooking.
    • Soak your tongue in water for 10-15 minutes to clean any impurities.
  2. Cook the tongue :
    • Place the tongue in a pot of boiling water and let it cook for 15 minutes. This will help soften it a bit and make the next step easier.
