Vanilla pancakes
Vanilla pancakes are a delicious option for breakfast or dessert that can be made quickly by mixing simple ingredients. You can serve them with icing sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruit or a topping of your choice for a satisfying meal.
How to make vanilla pancakes!
Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 500ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation :
- First, in a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and sugar.
- Then, add the eggs, vanilla extract and vegetable oil, and mix until you get a thick and homogeneous paste.
- Next, slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the batter is smooth and liquid.
- Once you’re done, let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, and lightly oil the pan with vegetable oil.
- When the batter has finished resting, pour a small ladle of batter
into the pan and cook the pancake for about 1-2 minutes, until the underside is golden brown. - Then flip the pancake and cook the other side.
- Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
- Finally, serve the pancakes hot, with icing sugar,
maple syrup, fresh fruit or any other garnish of your choice. Enjoy your food !
