  • 1 egg
  • vanilla sugar
  • 80g sugar
  • 60 ml of oil
  • 120 ml milk
  • 180g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (10 g)
  • 3 tablespoons caramel chips

Procedure

  1. In a large bowl, beat the egg together with the vanilla sugar and regular sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the oil and milk to the bowl and continue whisking until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture and stir gently until you have a smooth dough. Make sure not to overmix the batter to prevent it from becoming dense.

  8. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing it from the pan and letting it cool completely on a rack.
