All you need to do is take some cotton bags with a not too thick weave (small gauze bags like those used for wedding gifts are also fine) and put some whole or chopped rosemary sprigs inside. If you want, you can add other aromatic herbs to your liking, such as lavender, but with rosemary alone the effect on your clothes will be more than guaranteed. A good idea could be to also use it to perfume the clothes in the house such as sheets and towels.
The duration of the fragrance varies greatly depending on the clothes and spaces, you will know it is time to change them when you feel the smell fade.
