For the casserole:

  • 1 broccoli

  • 500 g (17.6 oz) potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt (for the potatoes)
  • 40 g (1.4 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 55 g (2 tablespoons) butter
  • 50 g (2 tablespoons) flour
  • 500 ml (2 cups) milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt (for the sauce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Olive oil
  • 125 g (5 oz) grated mozzarella cheese

For coverage:

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • fresh dill, chopped
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Prepare the broccoli and potatoes:

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon of salt.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, minced dill, and parsley.
