How to prepare golden and delicious potatoes
To prepare these delicious crispy potatoes, you will need:
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of new potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
- 20 g of butter
- 1 onion
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- Dill or parsley to taste
- Paprika to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of cheese, grated or in pieces
Procedure:
- Preparation of the potatoes : Wash the new potatoes well and cook them in cold salted water until they are tender. Then, drain them and set them aside, take them out ready.
- Preparing the vegetables : While the potatoes are cooking, cut the onion, green pepper and red pepper into julienne strips.
- Sautéing the vegetables : In a large skillet, add the olive oil and butter. When hot, add the onion and peppers, and cook until golden.
- Add the potatoes : Once the vegetables are browned, add the cooked potatoes to the pan. Stir well to infuse the flavors.
