- 200 gr of Cheese (to melt)
- 500 g Spinach (chopped)
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- A pinch of garlic powder
- a pinch of pepper
- 3 tablespoons of flour

- 1 liter of water
Preparation, step by step
Step 1: In a regular saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the previously chopped spinach, reduce the heat, cover the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.
