- In a container, combine 350 ml of room temperature water, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 8 grams of dry yeast. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add 25 ml of sunflower oil and sift 500 grams of flour through a sieve. This step is essential to achieve a soft texture in the bread.
