I could eat meatballs from the oven every day
Ingredients :
- 1 small onion(s), or 1 cup fried onions
- 2 THE SENF
- 3 TBSP Ketchup (Curry or Tomato Ketchup)
- 3 tbsp water, warm
- 550 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons paprika some herbs, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 cup/s breadcrumbs
preparation
First mix the water with the paprika powder. Add the mustard, ketchup and egg and continue beating until a creamy mass is formed. Then finely chop the onion and add to the liquid with the minced meat, herbs and breadcrumbs.
Knead well until all the ingredients are mixed together. Finally season with salt and pepper.
Form balls from the mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 210° Celsius for about 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs. The meatballs can be nice and dark, because then they are particularly crispy.
Our tip : You can also use minced poultry to save more calories.
