Cheesecake Yummy

Ingredients:
200 g flour,2 tsp. baking powder
75 g sugar
75 g butter
1 egg
Knead all ingredients together and pour into a greased springform pan.
Cover the bottom and a small rim
Filling:
500 g low-fat quark
1 cup crème fraîche
1 cup of whipped cream
3 eggs
200 g sugar
125 g butter
1 custard powder vanilla flavor
juice of half a lemon
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into the springform pan
Bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat
bake for about 60 minutes
