Crispy Baklava with chocolate filling
Ingredients:
10 filo pastries
2 tablespoons full of melted butter
For between:
1.5 cups ground hazelnuts
A little more than half a teaspoon of powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons of chocolate spread
For the above:
300 grams of chocolate chips
Half a cup of hazelnut crumbs
How to make a Chocolate Filled Baklava Crisp recipe:
- Baklava dough is cut into long strips. The butter is melted and set aside.
- Hazelnut powder, powdered sugar, chocolate and egg yolk are mixed well in a bowl. It is taken with a dessert spoon and rolled into nut size.
- One of the phyllo baklava strips is taken. Melted butter is brushed on it and another phyllo dough is put on top, and butter is spread on it.
- The prepared hazelnut ball is placed on the tip and wrapped in the form of an amulet. Butter is spread between two phyllo doughs, and a ball of hazelnut is placed between them and wrapped in a triangle. All are prepared in this manner and placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10 minutes. On the other hand, the chocolate flakes are melted in a water bath.
- After completely melting, hazelnut crumbs are added and mixed. The baked baklava is covered with chocolate hazelnuts, covered on all sides and placed on a tray with parchment paper.
