It is the old method of our grandmothers, which still works well today: make an “onion poultice” and once and for all the illness is over!
1- Peel and cut an onion into thick slices.
2- Place the slices on the sole of the foot and cover with a sock.
3- Leave to act overnight.
4- Repeat if necessary to feel relief.
- Onion compress for the chest:
1- Peel and cut an onion into slices.
2- Place the slices on a handkerchief and apply to the chest greased with goose fat.
3- Cover with a towel and leave to act overnight or at least 2-3 hours. - Onion mask for the face:
1- Mix chopped onion with honey.
2- Apply to the face previously greased with olive oil.
3- Leave it to act for 30 minutes and then wash with warm water. - Rejuvenating elixir:
1- Chop 10 onions and a head of garlic.
2- Cook with a liter of milk over medium heat for an hour.
3- Strain, cool and add two tablespoons of honey.
4- Consume one tablespoon five times a day between meals. - Onion soup to burn fat:
1- Peel and cut six onions, tomatoes, cabbage, peppers, parsley, garlic and carrot.
2- Cook the ingredients in water.
3- Consume the soup daily for a week, accompanied by fruits, vegetables and chicken.
