Aromatic Cooking in Just 60 Seconds: Rosemary and Lemon
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon, sliced
- A sprig of fresh rosemary
- Water
Instructions:
- Fill a saucepan with water, about two-thirds full.
- Add the lemon slices and the sprig of fresh rosemary to the water.
- Place the saucepan on the stove and bring the water to a boil.
- Once the water boils, reduce the heat to low.
- Allow the mixture to simmer. As the water evaporates, it will release the refreshing aromas of lemon and rosemary into the air.
- You can continue adding water to the saucepan as needed to prolong the fragrance.
