Directions:

Prepare the dough:

  1. Heat the liquid ingredients:
    • In a saucepan, combine 100 ml milk, 100 ml water and 80 g butter. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    • Bring the mixture to a boil.
  2. Add the flour:
    • Once the mixture starts to boil, add 150 g of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

    • In a bowl, beat 180 g of butter until fluffy.
    • Gradually add the cooled cream to the butter, mixing well until smooth.
    • You can add a few drops of vanilla flavoring if you wish.

Assemble the cake:

  1. Layer the cake:
    • Place a layer of the baked dough on a serving plate.
    • Spread the cream evenly over the layer.
    • Place the second layer of dough on top.
