Pork loin in sauce: the recipe for an exquisite second course
Ingredients:
800 g pork loin
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon of butter
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of paprika
Bay leaf
200 ml of white wine or beer
Preparation:
- Brown the loin in a frying pan with oil.
- Then transfer the meat to a plate.
- In the same pan, melt the butter and add the onion, paprika, oil, salt, pepper, meat, wine and bay leaf.
- Cook and thicken the sauce slightly, then serve.
