Instructions:

  1. Prepare the cauliflower:
    • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
    • Pour the cauliflower into a saucepan, fill with water, add salt and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.

    • Chop the onion and fry in oil until transparent.
    • Grate the carrot and add to the pan, fry until soft.
    • Chop the mushrooms and fry until golden.
    • Cut the courgettes and fry until tender. Season with the salt and pepper mixture.
