Tarte flambée roll with 1 roll of puff pastry & 1 package of cream cheese
Ingredients
1 bunch of spring onions or 2 shallots or onions
1 package of cream cheese or sour cream
250 g ham, raw or cooked
Pepper
1 roll of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
A little salt
preparation
1.So my dears, first peel the onions and dice them together with the ham.
Then mix with the cream cheese and season with a little salt and plenty of pepper. You can also add a little Provencal herbs if you like.
Now spread this mixture evenly over the spread out puff pastry. Carefully roll up the dough and cut into slices about 3 cm thick.
Now place the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. Now place in the preheated oven at 170 °C for 10 to 15 minutes – longer or shorter depending on the desired degree of browning.
We often have these little delicacies hot or cold for brunch on Sundays. But the rolls are also great to take to any party.
