Flambé tart roll with 1 puff pastry roll and 1 packet of cream cheese
Ingredients
1 bunch of spring onions or 2 shallots or onions
1 pack of cream cheese or sour cream
250 g of raw or cooked ham
Pepper
1 roll of puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
a pinch of salt
Preparation
- So, darlings, first we peel the onions and dice them together with the ham.
Then mix with the cream cheese and season with a little salt and plenty of pepper. You can also add a little Provencal herbs if necessary.
Now spread this mixture well over the rolled out puff pastry. Now carefully roll the dough and cut it into slices about 3 cm thick.
Now place the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Now put it in the oven preheated to 170 °C for 10 to 15 minutes, more or less depending on the desired degree of browning.
We often have these little treats hot or cold for Sunday brunch. The rolls can also be brought to any party.
