Tastes great, plum cake without yeast

For the dough
150 g flour
1 packet of cream pudding powder
120 g butter
60 g sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of baking powder
1 shot of rum
For the topping:
½ kg plums
100 g flour
75 g butter
50 g sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
First, knead all the ingredients from the flour to the rum into a smooth dough. Place in a prepared 26 cm springform pan and pull up an edge.
Top with the pitted, halved plums.
Knead the ingredients from the flour to the cinnamon into a crumble and spread it on the cake.
Bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for 35 – 40 minutes.
