It just melts in your mouth, fantastic apple pie with custard

for a springform pan
270 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
7 drops of vanilla flavor or the pulp of a vanilla pod
some milk
150 g butter
120 g sugar
3 eggs
1 Paradies Creme vanilla flavor
0.3 l milk
5 apples, depending on size
Preparation
- First line a springform pan with baking paper. Then peel the apples, quarter them, core them and score them lengthways on top.
- Next, beat the eggs with butter, sugar and vanilla flavor until frothy. Gradually add the flour with the baking powder and the milk (I don’t measure the milk, I just do it by feel, the dough shouldn’t be too thin, so a dash is enough).
- Now pour the dough into the springform pan and smooth it out. Now arrange the apples in a ring shape on the dough. Preheat the oven to 170°C fan.
- Mix 300ml of milk with the baking-proof pudding cream and use a tablespoon to spread the pudding over the apples in small blobs. Bake for about 25 minutes.
It depends on the oven. It’s best to do a toothpick test.
