Farmer’s casserole

Ingredients
500 g noodles
500 ml milk
2 cups crème fraîche
1 kg minced meat
6 onion(s)
3 bell pepper(s)
1 can(s) of tomato(s)
2 can/s of corn
2 cans of mushrooms
Cheese, grated
3 processed cheese
Preparation
Cook the pasta. Heat the milk and melt the processed cheese in it, stir in the crème fraiche, season and mix the pasta with the sauce.
Brown the minced meat and season.
Sauté the onions in half rings, chop the peppers and saute. Add the tomatoes, corn and mushrooms and season well. Layer everything in a baking dish, i.e. pasta, minced meat and vegetables alternately, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200° for about 20-25 minutes!
