XXL cheeseburger cake that is to die for220 ml water, lukewarm7 slices of processed cheese
Ingredients
420 g flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cube of fresh yeast (20 g)
220 ml water, lukewarm
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
450 g minced meat
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Tomato ketchup, mustard
1 onion, diced
2 gherkins
7 slices of processed cheese
Water or milk
Sesame
Preparation
Here’s how it works:
- First, mix the salt and flour well in a bowl for the yeast dough. Dissolve the sugar and yeast in the lukewarm water, add to the bowl with the flour and leave to rise in the covered bowl for 10 minutes.
- Add the sunflower oil and egg and knead everything together well. Leave the dough to rise in the covered bowl at room temperature for at least 2 hours
- Now for the minced meat filling, heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat in it and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Roll out a little more than half of the dough, put it in a greased cake tin with a diameter of 26 – 28 cm and form a rim. Put the previously fried minced meat on the dough and spread the following ingredients on top:
- The tomato ketchup, mustard, diced onion – fry in the pan beforehand if you like – the sliced gherkins and the processed cheese slices
- Finally, roll out the remaining dough, place it over the filling and seal the dough edges well. Brush the dough lid with water or milk and sprinkle sesame seeds on it and bake the cheeseburger cake at 170 degrees circulating air for 20 to 30 minutes.
