450 g floury potatoes
200 g flour
60 g butter
1 egg
Salt
12 plums
80 breadcrumbs
Sugar
Sour cream
Preparation
First cook the potatoes in the pressure cooker (level 1) for approx. 12 minutes. Then peel them, press them through the potato press into a bowl while they are still hot and leave to cool. Knead with flour, 1 tbsp butter, egg and 1 pinch of salt to form a smooth dough. Form the dough into a roll and divide it into 12 equal-sized pieces
Then wash the plums and pat them dry. Press the pieces of dough flat, wrap 1 plum in them and form the dough into a ball
Boil salted water in a pan. Let the dumplings simmer in it over a low heat for approx. 10 minutes until they float to the surface. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and let them drain briefly.
