A  single glass of salt  in the bathroom  can completely eliminate all the bad smells that accumulate. Sometimes they are caused by the pipes, while in other circumstances they are due to the humidity that spreads between the walls.

Mold  is a consequence of humidity  and must be combated as soon as possible. Therefore, a single glass of salt placed in the bathroom will be enough to absorb odors and humidity, changing the contents once a week.

Yellow stains  that  form in the toilet bowl are aesthetically unsightly and in any case compromise the hygiene of the toilets. To remove them completely, just pour a glass of salt and then a little  cold water  , creating a cream to apply on the stains. Leave it to act for a few minutes and then scrub with the mop before rinsing.

For  even more powerful action  , you can add baking soda and let it sit overnight.

Salt can also be used, using the same method, to clean all kitchen appliances, removing limescale residue  that builds up over time.
