Bread without kneading, I do not want any other more

Ingredients
2 tsp salt
400 ml water
1,5 tsp dry yeast
600 g flour type 1050
some flour for dough
Preparation

  1. first mix the dry ingredients, add 400ml water and mix with hands, do not knead. Let rise in a bowl covered with plastic wrap at room temperature for at least 12 hours, max. 24 hours.
  2. then transfer dough to a floured work surface. Dust with flour. Pull dough lengthwise and fold inward once from each side. Shape into a round loaf with your hands, place on a well-floured dish towel.
    Now cover with another tea towel and let rest for 1 hour.Then turn the dough into a glass baking dish with the help of the tea towel. Cover the mold with aluminum foil. Bake the bread covered for about 25 to 30 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
