Lemon cake, ready in 5 minutes: here’s a tip you must try!
INGREDIENTS
2 organic lemons
50 ml of milk
230g of sugar
3 eggs
280g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
50 ml of vegetable oil
20 ml of limoncello
DIRECTIONS
- Wash and slice the lemons and blend them. Add limoncello, sugar and milk and continue blending.
- Add the eggs and flour. Finally add the baking powder.
- Mix for 5 minutes or until fluffy and smooth.
- Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
