Homemade crusty bread

Ingredients:
400 gr of flour 0
200 gr of semolina flour
400 gr of warm water
20 g extra virgin olive oil
10 g of salt
12 gr of sugar
10 gr of beer yeast

Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water with the sugar. Then add the 0 flour and add the semolina. Gradually pour in the water and add the oil as well. Mix well and finally add the salt.
Form your dough and let it rise until it doubles.
Then divide it in two parts and form your bread.
Let it rest for 30/40 minutes.
Then form the cups and brush with water.
Add the flour and bake at 482°F (250°) for 15 minutes with a pan of hot water. Then remove the pan and leave in the oven for another 15 minutes.
