Very tasty cake

The ingredients

4 eggs

200 g of powdered sugar

200 g melted butter

250 g flour

1 tbsp. baking powder

15 g unsweetened cocoa powder

Chocolate ganache

150 g of dark chocolate (60%)

100 ml of hot full cream

Sugar glaze + chocolate vermicelli

120 g powdered sugar + a little water

In a bowl, break 4 eggs, add 200 g of sugar and mix

Then add 200 g of melted butter

Finally add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and the 250g of flour.

Pour 1/3 of the preparation in a bowl, then add the cocoa powder and mix

Bake the three preparations separately for 15 minutes at 180° (same size pan)

Then make the ganache by mixing 150 g of chocolate pieces with the hot cream.

Spread the first cake with a layer of ganache, place the second slice of chocolate cake on top and repeat the operation, finishing with the third slice

Leave to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge

Make the icing by gradually mixing the water with the powdered sugar (very little water!! drop by drop) then spread it over the top of the cake

Sprinkle with chocolate vermicelli and leave to cool and enjoy!
