Just a Reminder for Everyone:

This is what our Northern Spy apples grown without sprays or pesticides, straight from the tree, look like. They have water marks, bug bites, odd shapes, and turn brown 5 minutes after you bite into them.
But the flavor is amazing!
If you see “organic” apples in the store, you can compare the difference. Unfortunately, most people wouldn’t buy these and would prefer the perfect, shiny apple.
But my grandmother always said…if bugs eat it, then you know it’s real.
