Repairs better and is 10 times stronger than glue and soldering iron – fixes everything
Ingredients:
- Plastic object (e.g. an old record cover)
- Pure acetone
- Polystyrene (for the alternative method)
- Syringe
- Aluminum duct tape
- Instructions:
- Liquid Plastic Preparation:
1.1. Break the plastic object into small pieces using small pliers.
1.2. Place the plastic pieces into a syringe.
1.3. Add pure acetone into the syringe.
1.4. Let the mixture sit for about two hours until the plastic dissolves. - Application:
2.1. Apply the liquid plastic solution directly onto the plastic piece you want to repair.
2.2. Make sure to apply the right amount of the solution for an effective repair. - Alternative Method with Polystyrene:
3.1. Dissolve pieces of polystyrene in acetone until it forms a thick paste.
3.2. Place a piece of aluminum duct tape over the damaged area.
3.3. Apply the polystyrene and acetone mixture to the duct tape.
3.4. Allow to dry for up to 24 hours.
3.5. Remove the duct tape after it has dried completely. - Colorful Plastic Repair:
4.1. Add spray paint of the desired color to the syringe containing the liquid plastic and acetone mixture.
4.2. Mix well.
4.3. Apply a piece of aluminum duct tape to the damaged area.
4.4. Pour the colorful liquid plastic mixture over the duct tape.
4.5. Allow to dry for the required amount of time. - Wood Repair:
5.1. Apply the liquid plastic solution to the wood.
5.2. Use the mixture to effectively glue other pieces of wood together.
With these steps, you will be able to create a very strong liquid plastic solution that can be used to effectively repair plastic, wood, and other materials.
