Toenail fungus is a disease that affects both men and women, and it occurs in people of all ages.
A good friend of mine recently returned from a vacation where she spent time by the pool and became a victim of this, at first glance, innocent disease. At first, she did not attach much importance to this until the fungus began to progress.
The first attempts at treatment with ointments were not successful, and she already began to sound the alarm and despair. But help came unexpectedly. Having come to visit her beloved grandmother in the village, she learned a wonderful method that helped her eliminate this unpleasant phenomenon.https://go.rcvlink.com/static/iframe.htm
The method is quite simple and accessible to everyone, while the results really please and amaze him. We decided to share with you this effective folk remedy for the treatment of fungus. The method is suitable both for the treatment of fungus on the legs and on the hands.
The recipe is based on apple cider vinegar and soda.
The treatment of nail fungus with vinegar has been known for as long as the fungal nail disease itself. And although today there are a lot of modern medicines to fight this disease, the use of this method is still relevant.
Vinegar blocks the vital activity of fungal spores and completely kills pathogenic microorganisms. Therefore, dermatologists advise to make vinegar baths against onychomycosis and for preventive purposes. And soda perfectly neutralizes acids, bringing the acid-alkaline balance to normal.
Applying this remedy for foot fungus 2 times a day, you will completely cure the disease even without pharmaceutical drugs!
YOU WILL NEED IT
1 Art. apple cider vinegar;
5th century l. baking soda;
3 liters of hot water.
Method of application
To prepare a bath, pour hot water (temperature about 50-60 degrees) into a basin and pour 1 glass of apple cider vinegar into it. Wait until the mixture cools down to 40-45 degrees and immerse your feet in the basin for 15-20 minutes.
After using the bath, rinse your feet with clean water and dry them with a paper towel. After an hour, repeat this procedure, but with the addition of five tablespoons of soda to the solution.
To achieve a quick result, it is recommended to use such baths several times a day. The essence of the method is that the fungus dies in an acidic environment, and soda prevents its further spread.
