This combination of parsley and hibiscus helps treat two problems: fluid retention and urinary tract infection due to the diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties of this drink.

Ingredients:

1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of hibiscus
1 bunch of parsley
Preparation:

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of hibiscus and 1 sprig of parsley.
Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
Then strain and drink, if you prefer a sweeter drink, sweeten with 1 tablespoon of cane syrup or drops of stevia.
