San Sebastian cheesecake: the creamy dessert everyone will love

Ingredients:
600 g cream cheese
200 g sugar
4 eggs
400 ml of cream
2 tablespoons of cornstarch

Directions:
Whisk the cheese with the sugar, then add the cream and eggs. Finally, stir in the cornstarch and pour the mixture into a 20 cm (8 inch) diameter pan. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 50 minutes.
Zucchini with tuna mousse: everyone will love this recipe

Ingredients:
4 zucchinis
250 g drained tuna
300 g spreadable cheese
8 basil leaves
Zest of 1 organic lemon
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

  1. Cut zucchini in half and scoop out.
  2. Boil them in salted water with a sage leaf.
  3. Then let them cool down.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the tuna with the cheese, basil, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff the zucchini and serve.
