With just 3 bay leaves, you can prepare a herbal tea to get a flatter stomach.

1- Herbal tea for digestion:
Boil water with a few bay leaves (fresh or dried) and a lemon peel. Strain and serve hot. It relieves abdominal bloating and improves digestion.
2- Eliminate bad smells:
Boil bay leaves with lemon peel for 10 minutes to neutralize kitchen odors. Also, place dried leaves in the refrigerator or on radiators to absorb bad odors and leave a fresh aroma.



3- Aromatic oil:
Infuse bay leaves, sage, rosemary and a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil for 2-3 days. Strain and save to season dishes.


4- Dishes and recipes:
Use bay leaves in the kitchen, especially in fish dishes such as swordfish rolls or sardines a la Beccafico. Also in sauces and broths for a fresh touch.
5- Moth repellent:
Place bay leaves on the shelves of the pantry to repel moths and keep foods such as flour and pasta fresh.
